Since 1912, Ichnusa has been closely associated with Sardinia and it is the island’s prefered beer. Ichnusa has always remained faithful to tradtion; brewing to the same authentic recipe used when it first brewery opened in Cagliari in 1913.
Ichnusa Anima Sarda Birra is a lager beer that is moderately bitter with hop notes. It looks clear and has a moderate carbonation, a golden colour and light body. It is a low fermented beer. Birra Ichnusa has always been brewed with passion in Sardinia.
Ingredients include Water, barley malt, corn and hop.
